The Sr Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst is a highly skilled, experienced and detail-oriented individual. Responsible for developing, administrating, and communicating Sales incentive programs to drive sales performance and achieve organizational objectives. The Sr Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst participates in the development of incentive programs that support the organization's sales goals, reflect the sales culture, and maintain competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs. Includes review and recommendation of variable pay consisting of commissions and bonus payouts. Ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, standards and internal policies.
