The Senior SCADA Operations Technician I provides advanced technical support for plant control and SCADA systems across multiple sites, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned locations or regions. It leads Tier 1 support and triage activities, ensures service-level compliance, and resolves complex or recurring technical issues by working closely with engineers, developers, and OEM vendors. The role also focuses on improving support processes through documentation, knowledge management, tool development, and root cause analysis, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
