**Job Description Summary**
In this role, you will be working closely with software development scrum teams to help guide them in Agile/Scrum practices. The Sr Scrum Master does everything possible as a servant-leader to help the team perform at its highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, training in advanced concepts, and working with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
