We are currently seeking a Sr Scrum Master on-site (GDL) to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
We're looking for a Sr Scrum Master:
- Responsible for setting up and leading daily/scrum ceremony type meetings and other meetings as needed for one or more teams as part of one or more programs/projects in scope for each Scrum Master.
- Responsible to take meeting notes with or without the help of Microsoft CoPilot and convert these notes into detailed action items and convert these action items into detailed JIRA stories or sub-tasks.
- Responsible for contributing towards project/program risk management and performance management by identifying risks/issues impacting the goals/objectives and SLA(s), KPI(s), etc.
- Responsible to work within the Project/Scrum Team and as needed with the Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help drive risk mitigation plans either documented formally or planned informally.
