BAE Systems Ordnance Systems, Inc., located at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant in Radford Virginia, is looking to hire a Security and Emergency Management Specialist. This role provides support to the Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) operation and will work under the direction of the Security Manager to support Security and Fire/Emergency Services. + Support the development and maintenance of Emergency Management Policy, Program, Plans and Procedures documentation, which is simple, iterative, cascading, and allows for minimal transition to establishing performance metrics, evaluation plans, and understandable reporting of program and EM and AT metrics
