Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a senior developer/solution architect delivering multi‑module solutions
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow implementations in enterprise cloud environments.
• Expertise across ServiceNow suites:
o ITSM – Core service management (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request)
o ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Managem...
