This role is designed for an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys shaping platform strategy while remaining hands-on with solution delivery. You will play a key role in defining ServiceNow architecture, designing scalable and reusable solutions, and ensuring the platform supports both current and future business needs. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive standardization, performance, and innovation across multiple ServiceNow modules while mentoring team members and promoting best practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve ServiceNow architecture aligned with business objectives and technical roadmaps
  • Design scalable, reusable components across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
  • Create robust technical designs and data models that ensure performance, maintainability, and extensibility
  • Develop and customize applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and App Engine
  • Build and manage integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
  • Drive automation and low-code development using Flow Designer and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Lead platform upgrades, performance optimization, and security hardening initiatives
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality, compliant deliveries
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and collaborate with support and operations teams for resolution
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistent delivery practices
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in ServiceNow delivery

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and solution design
  • Strong expertise across core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, ACLs, Service Portal, and custom widgets
  • Experience with Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and performance optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and enterprise system integrations
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control, and DevOps practices
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory) with a passion for learning advanced platform capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor others and drive platform excellence
