Sr. ServiceNow Project Manager

Overview

Position Description: We are currently hiring for a Sr. ServiceNow Project Manager for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Lead project planning sessions, establish project timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and ServiceNow developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices to ensure project alignment with service management goals.
• Track project progress using tools like ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, or MS Project.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
