Core Responsibilities

• Migration & Modernization: Lead the technical migration of classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions into modern SharePoint Online (SPO) environments.
  
• Solution Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performing intranet solutions utilizing SPFx, Power Automate, and other M365 services.
  
• Governance & Automation: Build automated workflows for site provisioning, content migration, and governance to ensure platform consistency and quality.
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track engagement, communication effectiveness, and system performance metrics.
