Job Description
As an Sr Engineering Manager – Multi disciplinary projects here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of hardware/Firmware/Application Software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products. Your expertise in hardware design and development and understanding of software will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions by leveraging your strong knowledge of design principles and methodologies. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within your team. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively motivate and inspire your team members, driving them toward achieving project goals and objectives.
+ Lead and manage a team of Mechanical, hardware, firmware and software engineers to develop solutions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
+ Monitor project timelines and budgets, making strategic decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.
+ Work with customer business and deployment teams to ensure products are deployed and supported.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ Proven track record of leading engineering teams through successful project completion.
+ Experience of designing, developing and certifying products to meet regulatory and customer needs.
+ Strong knowledge in multi-disciplinary product development covering Hardware (electronics and Mechanical) and at a minimum such as C and C++ with a focus on embedded systems.
+ Experience with power electronics and firmware development processes.
