**What You'll Do**
We’re looking for an experienced, Senior Software Engineer to join our Workplace Personal Investing team. As we embark on building an innovative greenfield platform, we are seeking an experienced Technical solutions leader (individual contributor) to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support wealth management platforms and client-facing applications specifically in the investing product space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support wealth management platforms and client-facing applications.
+ Grow the team's ability to own and design all software development layers of a solution.
+ Multiply the effectiveness of others by facilitating cross-team work. Listen and guide debates to help reach consensus. Clearly communicate and back final decisions. Proactively nurture talent of the senior staff in the area.
