The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Quadient implementations, including template development, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations within a structured SDLC and Agile environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and implement <b>Customer Communications / Output Management</b> solutions using <b>Quadient</b>.</li> <li>Perform <b>analysis and rationalization of templates</b>, including field mappings and creation of reusable, standardized templates.</li> <li>Develop and manage <b>workflow automation scripts</b> to optimize communication processes.</li> <li>Create <b>schema definitions</b> based on detailed data mapping documents.</li> <li>Build and maintain <b>CCM templates</b> with advanced pre-processing features such as: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Sorting and grouping</li> <li>Dynamic content inserts</li> <li>Conditional logic</li> </ul> </li> <li>Implement post-processing capabilities including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Barcode generation</li> <li>Document bundling</li> <li>Zip-code based sorting</li> <li>Encryption of electronic documents</li> </ul> </li> <li>Modify and enhance customer communications in alignment with evolving business requirements, including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Bulk and individual communications</li> <li>On-demand generation</li> <li>Postal packaging and delivery rules</li> </ul> </li> <li>Enable <b>customer communication preference capture</b> and develop reporting and analytics around preferences.</li> <li>Integrate Quadient solutions with <b>enterprise data systems</b> and <b>printer/output management solutions</b>.</li> <li>Participate in full <b>SDLC activities</b> including requirements gathering, design, development, unit testing, deployment, and application support.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively within <b>Agile/Scrum teams</b> and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and security standards, particularly within <b>finance domain environments</b>.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>7 10 years of overall software engineering experience.</li> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience with <b>Quadient development and output management</b>, including <b>Ricoh Process Director</b>.</li> <li>Strong experience in <b>Customer Communications Management (CCM)</b> implementations.</li> <li>Proven expertise in template design, data mapping, workflow management, and automation scripting.</li> <li>Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and print/output solutions.</li> <li>Strong SDLC knowledge with hands-on involvement across all phases.</li> <li>Experience working in <b>Agile development environments</b>.</li> <li>Prior experience in the <b>Finance domain</b> is required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Nice to Have</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience with large-scale document transformation or modernization initiatives.</li> <li>Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven communication systems.</li> <li>Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
