Location: West Des Moines, IA / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ



As a Sr. Software Engineer (Gen AI) you will:
  • Enable GenAI capabilities for the enterprise Development community.
  • Identify GenAI tools evaluate productionize the tool.
  • Explore and integrate AI technologies Agents MCP Servers
  • Build and support internal tools and applications Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.


    • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent Claude Gemini Code Assist Devin.
  • Experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
