A successful Sr Sourcing Specialist should have:
A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven expertise in procurement and sourcing within the Professional Services industry. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to achieve business objectives. Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiation processes. Familiarity with procurement tools and software for efficient operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
