**Visión general**:
The Sourcing/Purchasing Specialist position is a key role within our strategic plan for the Lixil Supply Chain - Indirect Procurement organization. An enthusiastic self-starter with strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multi-tasking skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, facilitating and managing RFP processes, maintaining supplier relationships, managing project schedules, negotiating agreements and collaborating with internal organizations. In addition, this position must possess strong analytical skills and associated technical skills to analyze spend trends and opportunities for savings.
