Key Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for advertiser campaigns, troubleshooting performance issues and complex problems with product and engineering teams 

• Monitor and analyze advertising marketplace trends using BigQuery and Tableau to proactively identify anomalies or system issues 

• Debug campaign performance problems by diving into data across multiple systems and platforms to determine root causes 

• Partner closely with central ads product and engineering teams to communicate marketplace insights and support product development 

• Maintain operational excellence by creating and updating monitoring processes, documentation, and troubleshooting guides 

• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to optimize advertiser experience and marketplace health based on campaign performance analysis and marketplace analysis
