- Good team communication.
- Good written skills for documentation.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think “out of the box”.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Experience working as a developer on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform (certifications are not required but preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
