Job Responsibilities
Pipeline & Customer Engagement
Respond to inbound leads with timely, high-quality outreach across calls, email, and digital channels.
Conduct structured discovery to identify customer use cases, technical needs, and decision criteria.
Guide prospects through a clear sales cycle that includes qualification, value articulation, product guidance, objection handling, and closing.
Sales Execution & Performance
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, ensuring a high-conversion customer journey.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including activity targets, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment.
Maintain crisp, accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
Collaboration & Customer Experience
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights, and product opportunities to internal teams.
