Description of Responsibilities

Contact Center Application Database Administrator (ADBA) will be working as a Databased Administrator to design, develop and support contact center Oracle and SQL Server databases to ensure the optimal performance, security, and integrity of databases by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting database systems.

Required Technical Skills

  • Oracle and SQL Server DBA
  • PL / SQL Development
  • Linux / Unix shell script
  • Oracle Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor (ADDM)
  • Experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. 
  • Knowledge with Java / Python will be an added value
