Summary Section
The Cost controller is a core member of the Project Controls department who is responsible and accountable for the preparation of accurate cost reports and cost narratives for capital and expense projects to facilitate a completely controlled and cost-effective project execution.
Responsibilities:
+ Integrates the project cost estimate, workhour estimate, and project schedule into the Cost Management baseline.
+ Developing the Periodic Project cost reports of high accuracy, create cash flows, cancellation curves, analyzing the contingency, commitment, spent and forecasts of the project and create the cost narratives for chemical plants, petrochemicals, refineries etc., of small, medium or large projects.
+ Provides estimate of cancellation costs.
