Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • • Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of Scrum and Kanban - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.
  • • Be a consultant as needed and work with the clients in product roadmap activities and translate the client vision into an actionable roadmap in terms of features and release schedule for the teams.
  • • Coach the scrum master, product owner, team, and leadership as appropriate
  • • Conduct trainings and workshops as per the requirement of the teams
  • • Be with the team / customer on the floor and guide them in the transformation
  • • As needed, collaborate with other function / departments to understand the best practices and adopt in his/her team
