At Uber Eats, Operational Excellence is a critical lever to ensure sustainable growth, strong merchant partnerships, and best‑in‑class user experiences. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape how we identify, prioritize, and solve the most impactful operational challenges across Central and South America (CASA). As the Regional Operations Excellence Lead, you will own end‑to‑end initiatives that tackle complex, cross‑market operational problems, identify root causes, design scalable solutions, lead implementation and testing, and ensure continuous review and improvement. In parallel, you will lead the relationship with key regional merchants, ensuring core operational metrics are aligned with company objectives and that commercial and operational trade‑offs are thoughtfully balanced.
