This role is accountable for translating IT strategy into actionable roadmaps, labor plans, and partner strategies that leadership relies on to make funding, staffing, and investment decisions. The role leads strategic initiatives to improve labor efficiency across IT by optimizing internal capacity, strategic partners, and delivery models.
