At Uber Eats, Operational Excellence is a critical lever to ensure sustainable growth, strong merchant partnerships, and best-in-class user experiences. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape how we identify, prioritize, and solve the most impactful operational challenges across Central and South America (CASA).
As the Regional Operations Excellence Lead, you will own end-to-end initiatives that tackle complex, cross-market operational problems. You will be responsible for identifying root causes, designing scalable solutions, leading implementation and testing, and ensuring continuous review and improvement. This role requires someone who can go deep into the details while maintaining a strong strategic perspective-someone who can truly see both the forest and the trees .
