Title: Sr. Structural Engineer Location: Dallas, TX preferred but be based out of any Texas office Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to help lead and grow a building-focused structural practice. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys complex structures, existing buildings, and hands-on problem solving, and who wants real influence over projects, clients, and team development. You’ll work on a mix of new building design, structural investigations, condition assessments, and rehabilitation of existing and historic structures, collaborating closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. What You’ll Do Lead structural design, analysis, and consulting for new and existing buildings Perform investigations, assessments, and rehabilitation design for complex structures Oversee construction documents, technical analyses, and reports Work directly with clients, architects, contractors, and public agencies Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice growth What We’re Looking For 8 years of structural engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain Texas licensure by comity BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred) Strong experience with existing buildings and rehabilitation work Excellent communication and technical judgment Experience with industry analysis tools; Revit proficiency strongly preferred Why This Role High level of technical ownership and autonomy Interesting, non-routine structural projects Direct client interaction and leadership opportunity Clear path for long-term growth FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
