As a Specialist, you will report to the Head of Building Structures, in India.
Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead feasibility, concept, and detailed structural design across all project phases in line with client needs and international codes

  • Deliver and review design of medium to large RCC, steel, precast, and composite structures

  • Coordinate across disciplines, resolve interface issues, and propose sustainable design solutions

  • Manage design quality, risks, timelines, and resource needs; guide and mentor junior engineers

  • Review, certify, and present design deliverables; lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders

  • Support project coordination and technical communication with Oman-based teams

    Moreover, you will have:

  • Master’s in Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience in e in the design of RCC, steel and precast, and composite structures.

  • Strong hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT/FEM; Revit/Navisworks knowledge is a plus

  • Solid understanding of EURO (EN), BS, ACI, AISE and other international codes

  • Proven delivery of complex structural design projects, preferably with international consultants

  • Experience in concrete rehabilitation/restoration projects will be an added advantage.

  • Middle East project experience (Oman preferred); willingness to travel as required

  • Clear communicator, collaborative leader, and continuously curious to learn and improve
