Sr Structural Project Engineer

Were seeking a Structural Project Engineer who can support structural design while also helping drive projects forward with strong coordination and accountability. This role blends hands-on engineering analysis with project management responsibilities, ensuring concrete and steel deliverables stay on track from design through field execution. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys technical work but also likes owning schedule, budget, and communication. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for concrete systems and structural steel components. Lead project coordination activities including tracking deliverables, managing priorities, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Support QC review of structural calculations, drawings, and design packages to maintain accuracy and constructability. Participate in field coordination and inspection support to verify conditions and resolve design-related questions. Monitor project budget and schedule performance, escalating risks and supporting corrective action planning. Qualifications Experience using RISA, Enercalc, and SAFE for structural engineering analysis and design. Strong understanding of concrete design and ACI requirements. Experience supporting structural steel design and coordination. Background assisting with QC processes, plan reviews, and engineering documentation. Comfortable managing project priorities while balancing technical responsibilities. Ability to support field activities, site coordination, and construction-phase problem solving. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track project budget and schedule. Clear communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
