SUMMARY:

This position will supervise the electrical and automation technicians.

This position may be responsible for any of the following duties: planning and supervising the execution of cost-effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment. This includes directing, coordinating and supporting maintenance personnel; working with contractors, vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment; and troubleshooting and resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment and maintenance processes. Writing and improving maintenance procedures, JHA’s, and PM’s.

Other Responsibilities: Maintaining relevant records and ensuring OSHA, HACCP, USDA standards and programs are implemented; Department KPI’s are met: Instructing and enforcing the use of personal protective equipment; and implementing new ways of improving safety and ergonomics within the facility.
