Location: Onsite – Juárez, Nuevo León, México
Basic FunctionResponsible for supervising the scheduling of Assembly Finished Goods (FG) assembly and casting and finishing processes through SAP for SANIMEX Faucet Operations (AFO). This includes ensuring timely order management of materials, master data management, and SFO site FG inventory control (accuracy, kan ban/store sizing) to meet customer delivery expectations. Actively drive improvement initiatives to reduce stockouts, raise product availability, and lead on-time delivery efforts. Manufacturing reports, ensures inventory levels of finished product to meet the company Goals.
Specific Responsibilities- Oversee review and release of planned orders to replenish FG inventory through the SAP system.
- Line sequencing and saturation using capacity planning through SAP system.
- Oversee scheduling functions to ensure sufficient inventory levels for on-time delivery, without excess inventory.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels for purchased and manufactured items at the plant level.
- Works closely with Purchasing/Source team to identify issues, develop solutions/timing; escalating as needed to Materials Manager to assure ATP status to planned orders.
- Responsible to ensure plant level and interplant customers receive timely and accurate commitments for delivery of components.
- Supervise functions that support production and customer needs within budget for plant.
- Ensure accurate and timely store set up, review and resizing as needed.
- Handle special projects such as promotions, rollouts, and new product inventory manipulation.
- Supports Inventory Control to identify and correct master data setup or transactional issues.
- Supports implementation of KMMS and drive continuous improvement and cost saving objectives for the business.
- Lead/Support other projects as needed by the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR experience equivalent to degree.
- Advanced English.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience within a manufacturing environment encompassing some or all of the following aspects:
- Consumer or industrial products
- SAP experience is a most
- Multi disciplinary team working
- Ability to operate under pressure and think & act on own initiative
- People management
- Plant start ups and new product implementations
