Job Description Summary
Supervise and lead a team responsible for back-office HR Services processes for North America & Canada such as USA I-9 and Work Authorization, Onboarding, Offboarding Background checks, Service Audits, Employment Verification Letters, Vendor management and Operation' performance, stakeholders management between others.
Responsabilities
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of PSC Representatives and PSC Specialists including performance and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
Ensure service delivered to our SOP meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') expectations
