Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in Die Casting.
• Strong hands on experience in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting various manufacturing machinery, tools, and production equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and supervise operator-level staff effectively.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of:
