Sr Supervisor, Production

Overview

As a key interfaces between the production and NPI engineering/planning team. Accountable for leading and coordinating all shop‑floor and production-related activities during the introduction of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to mass production with respect to quality, cost, yield, delivery, and safety. Coordinates day to day manufacturing operations within the individual Workcell and Department. Basic functions include planning, scheduling, resource allocation, interviewing, staffing, and employee relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, communicates, and implements short term plans consistent with organizational and business unit goals. Includes expense and capital budgeting, resource planning, goal setting, and prioritizing and managing time.
