- Monitors customer satisfaction and implement immediate solutions.
- Assists customer with quality concerns and negotiates nonconformance issues.
- Ensures compliance with IATF, Customer Specific Requirements, Ampure’s procedures and other applicable standards.
- Provides thorough analysis of product problems occurring between part supplier and final customer, including customer warranty.
- Proposes corrective actions, pursues necessary changes, and verifies effectiveness of changes.
