As a Sr Support Engineer, you will:

Experience playing the role of Production Support Engineer

Very good communication and customer facing skills

Should be very good experience working on the incident management/logging tool ServiceNow

Hands on experience in the monitoring tool ‘App Dynamics’, Splunk

Should have experience in trouble shooting portal based applications developed on Mendix/React/Javascript

Knowledge of US Insurance domain is an added plus
