Role Overview:

We are looking to hire an experienced Modern Work Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Partner, supporting enterprise and SMB customers across Microsoft Modern Work solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
  • Handle tenant setup, user management, license assignment, security policies, and compliance configurations
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Office 365 workloads
  • Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and Microsoft CSP ecosystems to deliver Modern Work solutions
  • Support customer onboarding, migrations, and post-deployment operations
  • Ensure best practices for security, governance, and performance across Modern Work platforms
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational processes
  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–8 years of total IT experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Mandatory experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP Partner
  • Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Good understanding of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID), licensing, and security concepts
  • Experience handling multiple customer tenants in a partner-managed environment
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills
  • Good to have:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Modern Work or Office 365 (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Exposure to migrations (email, files, collaboration workloads)
