Sr. Systems Engineer - Audio Amplifiers (ICs)

Description Acara Solutions has been providing U.S. advanced manufacturing and technology firms with our staffing services for close to 70 years. We are helping our Austin, TX semiconductor client find two Sr. Systems Engineers (with strong backgrounds in audio amplifiers) to join their organization as salaried direct employees. Preference is onsite but will consider hybrid and mostly remote. Ballpark base salary target is $200K with strong bonus and stock offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining integrated circuit (IC) and solutions for consumer products by translating customer needs into the detailed design and test specifications used to guide the design of the IC. You will play a fundamental role in defining next-generation audio amplifier devices for the organization's PC and consumer businesses, ensuring that those devices meet customer requirements.
