Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner , you will be the recruiting expert for your assigned business lines. You’ll leverage multiple channels to identify top talent, drive proactive sourcing efforts, and build sustainable pipelines to meet our current and future hiring goals. This position is based in Mexico City and operates under a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for providing full cycle recruitment support to hiring managers and candidates within PPG.
- You will strategically source, recruit, screen, and interview job candidates to fill existing and future job openings.
- Participate in global innovation projects, integrating new technologies and AI to enhance Talent Acquisition processes.
- In charge of delivering top talent through sourcing efforts, social networks, community networking, competitive talent shopping, referral networks, college/campus visits, consultation with personnel agencies and contacts within the larger community.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements of vacant roles, while sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates.
- Partner with internal customers (hiring managers) to bring value in having knowledge of the talent market and making recommendations on recruitment strategy.
- Coach and develop managers to become more effective as leaders and managers in the areas of sourcing, interviewing and selection
- Assessing interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all government compliance requirements, and maintaining compliance and actively updating requisition activity within the ATS
- Effectively understanding recruiting metrics and act for improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent.
- At least +8 years of recruiting experience with technology solutions, including recruitment websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), and creative sourcing techniques
- English at advance level
- Excellent interviewing skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Knowledgeable with behavior-based interview techniques.
