Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Zurich or Geneva office and help us raise the bar even higher. This is not an order‑taking recruiter role; you will operate with high autonomy, navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and hunt down truly exceptional product and engineering talent across Europe.

What you will do

• Own full‑cycle technical hiring across Europe, from sourcing to close.
• Build and maintain high‑quality pipelines (no maybes clogging the funnel).
• Proactively source and convert passive talent; inbound is not enough.
• Act as a true partner to hiring managers: advise, challenge, influence.
• Use data & metrics to diagnose issues and drive decisions; no storytelling without facts.
