At Concentrix, we are looking for our next Sr Team Leader Operations to join our team and manage the customer service campaign for a well-known international brand.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of call center agents.
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.
Ensure smooth and effective communication with international clients.
Drive continuous improvement across operations (tickets, chats, and calls).
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center, taking on challenges and responsibilities.
English level B2 (mandatory).
Minimum education level: High School diploma (certificate required).
Experience handling tickets, chats, and calls.
Intermediate Excel skills and strong command of PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
