Sr. Tech Lead

<p>Experience in any one of data modeling tool (currently client is using SQL DBM)</p> <div> Very good hands-on knowledge/experience with complex SQL queries</div> <div> Knowledge on Dimensional Modeling</div> <div> Additional skills - Experience in Snowflake Data Cloud</div> <div> Min 10+ years of Total experience with minimum 8-10 years being Data Modeler or Data Architect.</div> <div> Knowledge in both OLTP and OLAP Modelling.</div> <div> Experience designing Data Marts and Data Warehouses on Enterprise Scale.</div> <div> Demonstrate capabilities in designing and creating data models including Conceptual, Logical and Physical models, as per the requirements.</div> <div> Experience in ERWIN, SQL Database Modeler or ER/Studio as modeling tool is required, with additional Model Mart management experience preferred.</div> <div> Collaborate with Database administrator and Data Engineers to translate data models into physical database structures, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.</div> <div> Define and enforce data models standard, naming conventions, and best practices to maintain data consistency and quality.</div> <div> Experience in Snowflake Data Cloud.</div> <div> Additional experience in Oracle and SQL Server Databases preferred.</div> <div> Experience in Informatica PowerCenter is a plus but not mandatory.</div> <div> Work with business users on the requirement and build data model designs with scalable solution</div> <div> Demonstrated ability to understand, produce, and extend large and complex data models for operational and dimensional reporting data stores.</div> <div> Knowledge of best practices and design principles building performance efficient models.</div> <div> Ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and to senior decision-makers.</div> <div> Experience coordinating information requirements of multiple departments, including assessment of usefulness, reliability, and cleanliness of data from several sources.</div> <div> Strong SDLC knowledge, with excellent process and application system documentation skills.</div> <div> Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</div> <div> Prior experience leading or mentoring small technical teams</div> <div> Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual technical contribution</div>
