Job Summary
The Senior Technical Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the digital capabilities of our Commercial and Private Banking business within the Digital and Mobile Experience Technology team. As the senior-most SME, this role leads the analysis, design, and implementation of integrated technology solutions across a diverse portfolio of vendor-hosted applications. Key focus areas include digital banking, integrated payments, cash flow and liquidity management, fraud prevention and security, information reporting and analytics, compliance and risk management.Operating within a blended onshore/offshore delivery model, this role partners closely with product owners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive backlog execution and Agile delivery. Looking ahead, the analyst will help shape the digital transformation roadmap—bridging legacy systems with future-state architecture and championing low-code integration strategies.
