As a lead, you will be responsible for managing one or multiple teams from the point of Delivery excellence, Customer Management, people management (Hiring, career development and engagement), Fulfill incremental growth, Develop proactive proposals
- Bachelors (Mech.) / Masters (Thermal) degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must have good knowledge in heat transfer and Aero engines.
- Domain knowledge in Gas turbines is must.
- Estimation of 1D compressible flow and HTC using hand calculations.
- Experience in Thermal tools like MSC Software Patran Pre/post, P/thermal, ANSYS NGT-thermal and Hypermesh is must.
- Experience in Thermal model conversion study, data match and thermal model validations studies are must.
- Experience in Thermal analysis for Aero engine LPT component is plus.
