As the Zappos/Shopbop Discovery Technical Program Manager you will own strategic programs to drive the quality of search and discovery experiences for Zappos and Shopbop customers. Your work will help customers find our world-class selection of Shoes, Kids, and Active wear (Zappos), plus contemporary Fashion (Shopbop) through innovative search technologies. You will work with our Senior leadership and Product Management teams to help solve the most ambiguous problems for how we improve search relevance, launch LLM-assisted search features, and enhance merchandising capabilities to showcase our fashion authority. You will create plans that deliver world-class search features, and lead through influence to achieve the goal. You will partner daily with tech and business department leaders to build trust and alignment.
