Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for software engineering roles across Web Development, Mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud & DevOps, and QA/QC .

This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will own sourcing channels, drive speed and quality in placements, and act as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering within SLA for technical hiring
  • Filling 75%+ of assigned openings within 12 weeks
  • Achieving an average hiring agility of 14 days or less
  • Maintaining 80%+ placement retention at days
  • Driving high candidate and client satisfaction
