BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead test and evaluation efforts supporting Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and advanced aerospace system development, acquisition, and sustainment efforts. This role directly supports US Air Force integration of next-generation technologies and requires a technical leader capable of guiding complex test strategy and execution across multiple stakeholders.
In this role, the Senior Test Engineer will lead and coordinate test engineering activities supporting the next-generation ICBM (LGM-35A Sentinel) and related modernization efforts. Responsibilities include integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise, advising program stakeholders, and ensuring test readiness and execution across government and contractor organizations.
