Job Responsibility:

  • Create content relevant to employee learning
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing soft skills
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments


Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
  • Ensure training sessions are informative, motivational, and aligned with learning objectives.


Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise business models and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Open to travel Pan India
