Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Create content relevant to employee learning
- Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing soft skills
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Ensure training sessions are informative, motivational, and aligned with learning objectives.
Evaluation and Improvement:
- Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of enterprise business models and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Open to travel Pan India
