Summary

The Senior Training Coordinator role is responsible for the effective coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs across the plant. This position ensures employees are properly onboarded, qualified, and supported in achieving job competency, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and training systems.

The role incorporates execution and advanced coordination & leadership responsibilities, including LMS administration, shop‑floor training logistics, skill matrix maintenance, qualification assessments, content updates, digital lean tasks, cross‑shift coordination, and support for the Learning & Development Pillar.

The Combined Coordinator serves as the primary operational anchor of the plant’s training ecosystem.
