Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development , they will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to learning and development priority of the organization.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
+ Lead or support quick wins process improvements and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
+ Lead or support in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
