Sr. Training Specialist

The Sr. Training Specialist reports to the Manager of Learning and Development. They will design and deliver technical courses and skill‑based training that align with the learning and development priorities of the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small‑scale training program.
• Lead support quick‑wins process improvements and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations.
• Lead or support in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses.
• Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization‑wide learning and development or initiatives.
