Position Overview

The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for delivering instruction and training, interactive demonstrations, and e-learning to staff at twenty‑two (22) CACCs, 9,000+ Paramedics, and other required Ministry stakeholders including ORNGE across the province. Training will follow established program content and methodologies on the Public Safety Radio System (PSRN) for land and air ambulance services. The role also supports provincial project testing and contributes to the development and quality assurance of all training materials.
